Telesales Executive

Job Description

Due to an increase in new cases and rapid company growth, this leading insolvency practice is seeking an additional Insolvency Specialist to service new clients and maintain existing customers.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the full sales process from the initial fact find a call with a client through to the submission of the case to an Insolvency Practitioner. You must have excellent attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the legislation around Individual Voluntary Arrangements.

You will be required to engage with potential customers and show empathy and understanding of their personal circumstances, confirming their financial history and how they have arrived at their current situation.

Finally, you will need to confirm their financial statement's accuracy and thoroughly check all documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Good Knowledge of IVAs, Debt Management and Insolvency
  • At least 12 months previous experience (but not essential as training will be given)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb product proposal skills
  • Great objection handling skills
  • Clear and concise telephone manner
  • Super organised
  • Can-do attitude
  • HUNGRY, Sales Driven and pro-active
  • Ability to hit targets

Salary:

£negotiable +OTE (open-ended)
